1. Exclusive in 7 Eleven – Nature Drops Lucky Draw is organized by Field Catering and Supplies Pte Ltd (Organiser; FCS) and is open to all residents of Singapore eighteen (18) years old and above, except for employees and immediate families of FCS.

2. To participate, simply purchase any Two (2) packets of POLAR Nature Drops products in a single receipt, from 4 August 2021 to 28 September 2021 at any 7 Eleven stores.

b. Fill up the form with all required particulars to successfully submit your entry.

3. All POLAR Nature Drops products (POLAR Nature Drops Honey Lemon 23g, POLAR Nature Drops Loquat 23g) selling in 7 Eleven stores are included in the lucky draw.

4. Multiple submissions are allowed. Each original receipt is eligible for One (1) entry only. Multiple entries with the same receipt number is not allowed. Entries that are duplicate, incorrect, unclear and/or participant’s particulars are not provided, incomplete, and/or inaccurate will be disqualified.

5. All entries are to be submitted by 23:59hours, 28 September 2021. Any late submissions will be considered void.

6. PRIZE(S):

* Grand Prize : Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer + POLAR Nature Drops products (Worth $600)
* Second Prize : Bose Soundlink Revolve Bluetooth Speaker + POLAR Nature Drops products (worth $300)
* Consolation Prizes : Gift Pack (worth $60)

7. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize. All winners will be notified via email.

8. Winners will be chosen at random. One (1) winner will win Grand Prize, One (1) winner will win Second Prize, Ten (10) winners will win Consolation Prize. All winners must produce their valid identity card and the original receipt or clear photo of the receipt during the collection.

9. Winners are required to collect the prize at redemption centre, 17 Senoko South Road, Singapore 758077, after being notified via email.

10. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any winner(s) within 1 month after the announcement of the Lucky Draw shall be conclusively forfeited, and the forfeited prize will be nulled and void accordingly.

11. Prizes are not transferrable. Field Catering & Supplies Pte Ltd may at its discretion, elect to determine another winner should any winner fail to be contacted for any reason, in accordance with the contest mechanism.

12. The decision of Field Catering & Supplies Pte Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

13. By participating in this promotion, the participant understands and accepts that the Organizer and its agencies, affiliates, and any other parties directly involved in organizing the Promotion, may collect, use and disclose the participant’s personal data, for marketing purposes and/or activities deemed necessary by the Organizer in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

14. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the Participants. The decision of the Organizer on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained. The Participant shall fully indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, in connection with and/or arising from the Participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
